Do you ship worldwide?

Smaller products are eligible to have the option for worldwide shipping; however, larger items may not be eligible due to the significant price increase. If you are interested in purchasing an item that does not have the worldwide shipping option, please contact us at support@aboutuskidz.com where a team member can give you a quote on the approx. amount for shipping to your area.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida, USA.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible (including same-day shipping) and urge customers who made an error at checkout to change/cancel immediately. All requests after the order has been shipped will be denied. Do not worry, your order can be returned in original condition for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse on the same day if possible. Our standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times go as follows:

  • Items ordered before 12 pm are eligible for same-day shipping.
  • Items ordered between 12 pm and 5 pm may be shipped the same day but are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Saturday shipping hours are from 9 am to 1 pm for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Saturday will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Please allow some extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Economy shipping takes 5 to 8 business days.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 4 business days.

1–2 day shipping is available for select orders and must be paid for by the customer at checkout.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 21 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Orders placed in the USA will be subject to your residences county tax rates and applied at checkout. The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars, which means worldwide orders may be liable to pay import taxes, duties and related customs fees once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are the customers responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in the customer’s country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at support@aboutuskidz.com and explain your issue. One of our Friendly Customer Support Staff Members will respond within 12-24 hours.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us at support@aboutuskidz.com if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you pay by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 2-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received credit for your return after 10 business days, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted on your account.
